New Albums ...

We're so pleased to show you photos of our new 5x5 and 8x8 inch albums. We're working with a wonderful new album company and will be introducing other products (coffee table books, image boxes, gift folios) as we go forward. For now, take a look at our new 5x5 purse album and its bigger, 8x8 inch cousin. The larger album is perfect for family portraits, maternity sessions, engagement albums, and high school senior sessions. Many, many options are available for the covers. Oh, Baby ...

You may remember Gianna and Frankie -- they were our first 2007 wedding couple. We were so excited when they told us their fantastic news -- they're expecting a baby! Well -- that was all the reason we needed to haul the fabulous green sofa out into a field and celebrate in the way we know best. Don't they look stunning?

Needless to say, baby-to-be is already enrolled in our Fabulous First Year program, and we absolutely can't wait to meet our newest client! Congratulations, Gianna and Frankie! We're so happy for you. Click here for a preview of your photo session.  Enjoy!

Casting Call -- Part 1  (Free  Senior Portraits!!!)

So. Last week I told you we'd be offering all kinds of specials, but only on the blog.

First up: We are looking for six high school seniors for a project we'll be doing later this year. We want to take your in-studio portraits now. We'll waive your session fee (a $250 value) and you'll get sixteen wallets from two poses. Trust us -- this is a very cool deal. We have a couple of conditions, though:

You must be a member of the class of 2008.

The photos will be made in our Ann Arbor studio.

You should have clear skin and be an appropriate weight for your height.

You'll agree to let us choose your outfit for the photo.

If  the above interests you, email the studio and send us a recent photo of yourself. Be sure to give us your name, age, phone number, and the name of your school. If we choose you, we'll get back to you right away so that we can schedule your session.

OK. Get on it! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Kim + Randy ...

Kim and Randy had what was perhaps the last warm day of autumn for their wedding last Saturday.

After their ceremony at St. Dunstan's in Garden City, we braved the heat for photos in Hines Park before going on to the reception at Pine Knob Mansion.

This was the second time in eight weeks that we've photographed a wedding for Randy's family! His older brother, Dr. Tony, was married in August and we had the pleasure of shooting that wedding, too.

We know that you're having a fabulous time in Italy, Randy and Kim, and we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your wedding day.  You'll find your sneak peek in the slideshow below. Enjoy!

Studio Update ...

We know you've been wondering about the new studio. Well, wonder no more! We are still waiting for a few furniture items and more artwork for the walls, but ,as some of you know,the new Ann Arbor studio has been up and running for a while now.

While Opening Night is still a few weeks away (watch your e-mail/mail box if you are a client) we thought we'd give you a sneak peek today.  You can see it here. Like it? Megan + Daniel ...

Megan and Daniel were married last weekend at Risen Christ Lutheran Church in Plymouth. Their beautiful fall-themed reception took place in the Grand Ballroom at the Inn at St.John's.
